Shou Shu is a true martial art. A true system of pure self-defense. It is an extremely efficient fighting system used for the purpose of self-defense. Its literal translation is “Beast Knowledge”. It utilizes the fighting motions of seven fighting animals. Each of the seven animals specializes in a specific type of motion. Each utilizes the laws of physics to create immense power but in completely different ways. Shou Shu is the combination of these animal motions. Al Moore Sr. brought Shou Shu to the United States from China over 45 years ago.

His son Al Moore Jr continues the legacy. The Jung Moon. Shou Shu works for all people. Its principles do not rely on size or strength. A small woman can learn to generate more power than a man of great strength who does not have Shou Shu training. From the very first day, the student of Shou Shu is taught how to use body alignment to produce energy and power. It almost seems magical to the new student. It is an amazing art. Our self-defense and fitness programs are based upon Shou Shu Kung Fu. Shou Shu is the only martial art that has all 7 fight beasts.
